Two of house music’s most talented newcomers land on Sola this October with a collaborative two-tracker, oozing the label’s signature rough-feeling heavy-bottomed tech blueprint. The first of two impressive cuts, Simple Minded, carries a pleasantly blatant rave-inspired feel, with heavy low-frequency elements and rolling grooves. Beefed up with edgy melodic injections, it’s a prime cut of dancefloor beef that will no doubt tear up dancefloors upon its arrival. Completing the release Inside features more of Saffron’s hooky vocal cuts, laced with acid lines, driving drum work and sizzling percs that bounce off its weighty underflow and perpetual momentum.
A technical whizz in the studio and house music connoisseur, Dillon Nathaniel has been establishing his talent across the world. His thick grooves and hypnotic rhythm has even caught the attention of Solardo, Marc Kinchen, Chris Lake, Lee Foss, and many more whilst spilling on to the crossover circuit with impressive support from BBC Radio 1 and Kiss FM.
