DAVI - Distant Memory

Kindisch warmly welcomes Los Angeles’ DAVI and his deeply melodic EP ‘Distant Memory’. DAVI’s musical journey began with heavy influences from classics like Pink Floyd and the likes, and it shows in the music.

With a knack for taking listeners for a ride, the title track leads us down many paths along the journey. The thick pads sway as a warm guitar flutters its wings and a certain sense of bliss is achieved, if only briefly, before we are carried back down.

‘Kayser Soze’ spins a similar web, moody yet warm to the touch with a talent for escapism. ‘Kayser Soze’ brings a slightly harder vibe as it pulls you through its atmosphere of gentle surprises. Together, these tracks have created a breathtaking EP fitting for the floor or solo headphones at home.
