Following the huge success of Teenage Mutants & Laura Welsh’s collaborative single, ‘Falling For You’, revered US producer Le Youth has delivered a sparkling new remix.
Squarely aimed at the floor, Le Youth’s mix nods to classic house and disco, looping Welsh’s hazy, dream-like vocal hook to great effect over a subtle, shuffling 4×4 beat.
With the original record – a deep, down-tempo disco mix defined by swirling melodies and panpipe-driven verses – peaking at #2 via Beatport and topping both Hype Machine and the Shazam Ibiza Chart in the summer of 2015, Le Youth’s new mix is sure to tap into the buzz surrounding ‘Falling For You’.
