Felix Cartal & Autoerotique – HEAT

In celebration of their upcoming exclusive back-2-back performance on the Dim Mak stage at this year’s Tomorrowland festival in Belgium across two weekends, July 18-20 and 25-27, Felix Cartal and Autoerotique have created an electro anthem that’s guaranteed to “heat” up the dancefloor. With a highly recognizable sample, this track is sure to get you excited for the mega-festival this month where these two friends and labelmates will deliver a double dose of awesome.

“HEAT” follows the successful release of “Ready For Love” from Vancouver’s Felix Cartal, which continued his evolution toward emotive songwriting and vocal-based melodies while still remaining true to his electro house roots. “Ready For Love” followed up a myriad of other Felix Cartal releases on Dim Mak Records, including the Past Present Felix EP, which debuted at #18 on iTunes Dance Albums, and the “New Scene (feat. Ofelia)” remixes EP.

As a long-standing member of the Dim Mak family, Autoerotique most recently released “GO!” along with Marc Noir and OutOfSync this April. Before that, “Feedback” with Steve Aoki vs. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike took the electronic world by storm earlier this year, reaching the #3 spot on Beatport. “Feedback” was also the anthem for Tomorrowland 2013, and was featured in the official aftermovie for the festival. Autoerotique is known for his own created genre, “Laser Funk,” most adequately expressed in his single “LZR BASS.”
