Festival rockers Gabry Ponte and Blasterjaxx unite for new single ‘Hasta La Vista’

In a highly anticipated collab, Italian hitmaker Gabry Ponte and Dutch powerhouse duo Blasterjaxx deliver a spectacular piece of festival madness with the new single ‘Hasta La Vista’.

It’s an instant crowdpleaser that’s guaranteed to blow the roof off any festival, club, or party, built upon pumped up beats, piercing electro chords and upwinding vocal samples. The rave is back in full force and Gabry Ponte & Blasterjaxx have composed its soundtrack. Catch it on Spinnin’ Records, February 18th.

Ever since releasing the international hit single ‘Blue (Da Ba Dee)’ by the end of the 90’s with his band Eiffel 65, Italian DJ/producer Gabry Ponte has remained close to dance music’s evolving sound. Recently, he dropped another worldwide smash collab with R3HAB and Timmy Trumpet, ‘Call Me, followed by in addition to joint efforts with rising star LUM!X in the shape of ‘The Passenger’, ‘Monster’ and last year’s hit, ‘Thunder’. A name to be reckoned with – Gabry Ponte has enriched dance music with a fresh wave of melodic sounds, incorporating oldschool rave and rumbling triplet beats with his own brand of pumped up pop vibes

Same goes for Dutch duo Blasterjaxx, one of dance music’s most forward thinking acts, known for producing strong and energetic tracks featuring epic melodies, huge drops and touching vocals. They’ve built a world of their own, blending genres like big room, vocal house and progressive beats. From highly praised festival anthems to their acclaimed 2019 debut album ‘Perspective’, every release brings something new and exciting. Last year, Blasterjaxx underlined this with their sublimely crafted ‘Welcome To Mystica’ EP’s, building a mesmerizing bridge between energetic dance music and magical sounds. ‘Hasta La Vista’ takes us right back to the dance floor.

Both Gabry Ponte and Blasterjaxx are eager as ever to get their festival groove on, unleashing a powerful, uptempo beat alongside vintage electro house chords. Enforced by a series of exclaimed vocal samples, the track pushes on towards a breakdown featuring dark, spacious bass sounds, courtesy of Blasterjaxx’ big room expertise. As tension rises, ‘Hasta La Vista’ breaks out with its furious beat, punchy and heavy, while the electro chords give the audience a proper whipping.

Here’s two seasoned dance acts giving it all they got, making sure this year’s festivals are lit with a full force DJ weapon. Wherever you’ll be raving this summer, you’re bound to catch this blast of a tune – ‘Hasta La Vista,’ baby.
