Latmun makes his debut on Lee Foss’ Repopulate Mars with three infectious cuts this August.
In recent years the thriving UK producer has appeared on top tier labels such as Relief, VIVa LIMITED and Lost Records; all releases that have seen his name fly high in the Beatport charts, making him one of the most in-demand producers and remixers of today.
A testament to the above statement, ‘Groove Tool’ is exactly what its name suggests – an instrument for getting dancefloors moving. Purring bass and shuffling hats form the framework whilst otherworldly elements and numerous effects generate a mesmerising aesthetic. ‘Funk Off’ is a low-end heavy number that implements a medley of esoteric components such as distorted vocals and glitchy sounds, followed on by a stripped back tool designed with the DJs in mind.
