Copy Paste Soul - Hypno

September 21st 2015 sees one of the UK’s hottest rising stars Copy Paste Soul make his debut on Carl Cox and Jon Rundell’s seminal dance imprint, Intec, with his latest EP entitled, ‘Hypno’.

This unmissable two-track EP follows the talented Londoner’s acclaimed releases on imprints such as Suara, FCOM, Gruuv, Exploited, Alive Records, MadTech plus his very own 2 Swords Records which have helped his music garner support from the electronic music elite including; Laurent Garnier, Moxie, Carl Cox, Annie Mac, Justin Martin, MistaJam, Skream, T. Williams, Modeselektor, Disclosure and Tensnake.

The EP’s title track ‘Hypno’ kicks things off and delivers a wealth of sizzling Techno stabs, distorted 808-style beats, mangled percussion loops and powerful low-end frequencies.

‘Wah Wah’ is next up and concludes the mania with its addictive warehouse-ready groove, Housey chord progression, rezzy acid bassline and twisted use of effects – The Chemical Brothers would be proud!

All in all, both tracks complement each other brilliantly and make a fine addition to Intec’s already potent arsenal of dancefloor destroyers. ‘Hypno’ EP is available exclusively via Beatport from September 21st and the rest of the world two weeks later.
