DEAS - Kobalt EP

Karol Mozgawa, known on the music scene as DEAS, continues his techno path on the British ground. This one of the most recognizable techno artists in Poland, continues cooperation with the legendary label Bush Records, where he recently released not only EPs, but also  the first in his career album – Community LP, as well as a remix for Carl Cox (as the first Pole).

New release in Bush – Kobalt EP – is planned for 4th November and includes 4  techno tracks, which are a combination of atmospheric space, fuel-efficient melodies and repetitive  beat.

The new EP opens Kobalt, the most repetitive recording of the whole EP, euphoric break, strong input and the explosion of energy and momentum are the characteristics of this recording.

In the second track Indigo  from the first moment you can hear a crushing kick and gigantic space, which in the meantime bends, zoom in and out and is a prelude to the entrance of acid bass. It is the essence of the composition, the main driving force.

The next number is Magenta – is the most brutal position on this EP. A short, strong, brutal from the beginning, in the middle shows his second face. LED lead in the second part gives the song sublime, bringing brighter but still sultry climate.

Spectral closes a whole. Looped sequence, strong beat and vocal, hang around the "sense, science, fluid, flight", form a paranoid climate. A short and very compact composition should check in sets of many djs.

DEAS confirms, that he is a quality that can be heard in all his tracks. There is no place for randomness, a whole EP is perfectly  finished and forms a coherent whole, not only conceptually but also in terms of sound.
