Italian duo Klondique (aka Alex Vanni & Tony Barbato) have been releasing some great one off tracks lately on the likes of MoodMusic and Stereo Productions. 'Light & Dark EP' is their first full EP for Favouritizm. 'Evolution' is all sweet and sour in one, where loops of melodic electronica oscillate over chunky bass stabs, techy beats and lovely piano melodies. 'Backtrack' sees the duo reveal their dark side, it's filled with tension, armed with brooding bass stabs, breathy vocals, synth attacks and animated beats. One in the back of the 'Tech' for Klondique, indeed!
