New Zealand is certainly home to some very talented artists, including Auckland producers Chores who have dropped their brand new single, ‘Losing You’.
Chores have predominately been a house act, but switched up the tempo on this single. The electro-pop inspired track has a catchy melody brought to life by vocalist Jess Pollard. While it is bright and edgy in production choices, the overall feel is rather dark & moody.
“The song is about desperately clutching onto someone who you believe to be becoming distant. It also explores how people can get caught up within their own emotions when they feel they are losing someone, when in reality, it might just be their own perceptions,” Chores said.
While the producers continue their quest to collaborate with Tyrone Lyndqvist from RUFUS, their work will always impress and attract many artists.
‘Losing You’ is available everywhere now including Spotify & Apple Music.
