Tribalism Boys are an Italian pair who have been kicking out jams on heir own label called Tribalism Records. It launched with some tunes that set out their style in all their glory and are sure to get plenty of hammer this summer, Now it's time for them to release on esteemed label 'Digital Traffik'.
Make It Funk is the first track out of the blocks and is a rattling tech cut with hefty drums and warm bass. It builds in stature and when it fully forms, complete with tinny drum hits, open and airy hi hats and a great vocal, it will force any club to move. Acid lines come in later for extra heat and the whole thing is a killer cut, frankly. On the b-side, I’m Coming shows off more great drum programming skills and has paranoid synths snaking around and woodpecker hits all run through by a steamy female vocal. This is a fine way to mint a new label, then.
