Cleveland-based, singer-songwriter, producer and self-taught, multi-instrumentalist Marcus Alan Ward caused quite a stir last year with his debut album, “Last Night I Grew Tentacles”; earning the acclaim of Pitchfork, Fader, SPIN, The Line Of Best Fit, Pigeons & Planes and many more.
Returning with his first material since then, today Ward releases “Marcus In Wonderland”; a trio of thrilling covers encompassing classics from Santana / Fleetwood Mac, Sade and Jefferson Airplane, each beautifully reworked in a contemporary, yet respectful fashion.
