Hot off the heels of his recent chart-topping collaboration 'Higher Love,' a smashing vocal track produced with Seven Lions that featured MUTEMATH's Paul Meany, Anjunabeats mainstay Jason Ross returns to the label with the brooding instrumental 'Onyx'.
Containing both classic elements of Jason's past work and a pounding curveball on the break, 'Onyx' sees Jason explore new ground in his production style while also releasing another peak-time Anjunabeats banger. The juxtaposition of melodics and electro vibes create a tense landscape that's sure to move dance floors worldwide.
When asked about 'Onyx', Jason stated "I really tried to push the envelope on this one and create something a bit more aggressive and unique compared to my other productions. 'Onyx' has been a true dance floor weapon in my sets as of recent, and I'm excited to finally get this one out."
Jason is currently one of the headliners on the Anjunabeats North American Tour, which is running throughout May in major cities around North America. 'Onyx' is out now on Anjunabeats.
