Germany’s Renée team up along with B.Jinx for a feel good summer release titled “Tight Girlz”
German producers Ice Cream and The Disko Starz have separately made their mark in underground house music for over a decade. Both of their styles focus on filtered disco house music and pays homage to the classic house sounds of the 1990s to 2000s. Ice Cream’s style is more influenced by jackin house and Chicago house while The Disko Starz more inspired by the energetic feel of French disco house. When the two collaborate, they make a unique, energetic, and uncompromising brand of underground house. Their sounds have inspired a generation of underground filtered house producers.
Recently, they returned with another release under the moniker Renée on Craniality Sounds. “Tight Girlz” is a two-track release that is made for the summer. B.Jinx joins forces with them, doing a retouch on the title track for a more jackin’ house sound. They energy is raised a notch when they groove it out with some filtered vibes on the B-side “Solution”. The release was received well by fellow house music DJs and featured on Beatport during its early release period.
