Slip Back In Time Returns To Ibiza
Seminal rave legend, Slipmatt, is heading to Ibiza once again this summer with Slip Back In Time presents Old Skool Ibiza 2024. Taking place over a week from 15th – 22nd May in venues including Eden, Es Paradis, Ibiza Rocks, Itaca, Casanova Summum and more, Old Skool Ibiza brings together an up-for-it community of lifelong ravers for a week of DJs by the pool, club nights and the best tunes from across the decades. DJs lined up include some of the biggest names from back-in-the-day, including Slipmatt, K-Klass, Shades Of Rhythm, Ratpack, Utah Saints, Brandon Block, Alex P, Mark Archer (Bizarre Inc / Altern-8), Rob Tissera, Nicky Blackmarket, Graham Gold, Marcella Woods and many more – over 100 DJs and artists on the line up. Back in the 90s, Slipmatt played weekly residencies at Eden, Summum, and a small club called Nightlife at the bottom of San Antonio’s West End – one of the original Ibiza clubs that played Acid House. This was where Slip Back In Time began. As someone who has travelled to Ibiza hundreds of times over the last 30 years, Matt brings unrivalled experience to Old Skool Ibiza, an annual event that has developed into a welcoming community based on a love of old skool music and parties.

Slip Back In Time Presents Old Skool Ibiza guests can join an all-inclusive week, staying anywhere between 3 and 7 days. All packages include a welcome pack, hotel accommodation, food, drink and free entry to everything (except the boat party). The event takes place at the San Remo and S’Estanyol, two hotels that are linked together as one complex, allowing everyone to hang out with each other as much as they like. The hotels are right next to the beach, and each has a pool to relax and socialise. The tunes start with perfect vibes from midday. For any guests who might want to stay in their own villa Slip Back In Time also offers tickets for night time club event entry only.
The Poolside vibes continue all week with added extras from Peach on 19th May, Eruption Radio on 20th May and then the official ‘Rave Awards’ on 21st May – an annual tongue-in-cheek special that hands out awards to the biggest ravers of the week.
Friday 17th May sees the daytime boat party ‘Slip-Wrecked’ set sail from the pier outside the San Remo Hotel at 1pm for a 4 hour rave on the waves, with Ratpack, Nico & Dean, Rob Tissera and more.
As always, things get naughty when the sun goes down and 2024 promises some quality collaborations for guests to enjoy. Slip Back In Time hooks up with Culture Shock at Casanova Summum for the opening party on 15th May, then Bingo Bango & We Love Ibiza at Ibiza Rocks on 16th May. On 17th May Slip Back In Time celebrates its 24th birthday with The White Party at Es Paradis, then it’s Slip Back In Time Meets Amnesia House on 18th. The big collab on the 19th is with Peach at Eden, and on 20th May Slip Back In Time Meets Housework at Itaca Ibiza. It’s back to Casanova Summum for the final blowout – Slip Back In Time Meets Rave House for the closing party on 21st May.
