Pretty Lights, Flux Pavilion, Rudimental, DJ Harvey, The Martinez Brothers, Machinedrum, Tiga, Laurel Halo, Ben Frost, Yelle and showcase from New York label L.I.E.S. are among the new additions to Sonar Barcelona 2014.
Sonar Barcelona adds 17 more performances to its program including a large quota of spectacular shows from: Pretty Lights, Flux Pavilion, Rudimental and Yelle; producers and legendary DJ’s like DJ Harvey, Tiga and The Martinez Brothers; the experimental and explorer work of Ben Frost; and emerging figures redefining the landscape of electronica like Machinedrum, Laurel Halo, Recondite, UZ, Visionist, Alizzz and Dj Nigga Fox, not forgetting influential artists from American label L.I.E.S.
New additions to the line up enrich and expand the stylistic spectrum of previously announced acts: Massive Attack, Richie Hawtin I Close, Plastikman, Caribou, Woodkid, Bonobo, Four Tet, Moderat, Jon Hopkins, I Am Legion, Gesaffelstein, James Holden, Oneohtrix Point Never, Matmos, Evian Christ, Happa, Jessy Lanza, Downliners Sekt and Nisennenmondai, among many others.
There are only two weeks left to benefit from the reduced price pass for Sónar Barcelona 2014. Until 10 February, you can purchase at the reduced price of 165€. From 11 February the new price will be 180€.
Sonar tickets sell out in Sweden. Even though it is still a month before the launch of the first Sónar Stockholm (14 & 15 February, featuring performances by around 40 artists), tickets have already sold out. Meanwhile, Sonar Reykjavik, which will feature nearly 70 artists, will take place on 13, 14 and 15 February. In total, Sonar has more than 100 scheduled performances divided between these two Nordic cities.
