Syn Cole and kaspara link up on new single ‘Breathe’
Dance music titan Syn Cole has joined forces with Norwegian singer-songwriter kaspara on new single ‘Breathe’, out now.
Finding a middle ground between the organic and the synthetic, ‘Breathe’ combines warm guitar and feelgood piano chords with an infectious bassline and kaspara’s pitch-perfect vocals. It marks his first release of the new year and follows a prolific 2020 that saw Syn drop a steady stream of slick dance cuts, linking up with Graham Candy, Greyson Chance and Victor Crone. He also remixed tracks from Ava Max, Ellie Goulding, Madison Beer, Kylie Minogue and Jonas Blue.
Shooting to fame with remixes of ‘Silhouettes’ and ‘Hey Brother’ by the late Avicii, Syn Cole has since carved a reputation as one of dance music’s most exciting producers. In total, his productions have amassed over half a billion streams across all platforms, while he has also remixed tracks from heavyweights such Coldplay, Martin Garrix, Alan Walker, Charlie Puth, Ed Sheeran, Miley Cyrus and Mabel.
An exciting young singer-songwriter, kaspara draws influence from the Nordic pop landscape, the vulnerable with the powerful in an honest and playful way. ‘Breathe’ follows 2020 singles ‘Vaken’ and ‘Tilfeldig’.
After an eventful, fast-paced 2020, ‘Breathe’ sees Syn Cole carry a similar energy into the new year.
