TEV’n unveils KWES reworking of ‘Chasing Storms’

Late last year Tev’n unveiled his debut mixtape ‘Solitude’,  a brilliant and daring patchwork which was as innovative as it was cohesive. Bookended by “Rose Petal” and “Falling Away”, two shimmering slices of off-kilter Rn’B,  it announced an indisputable rising star.  Now the North London producers shares a masterful reworking of mixtape highlight ‘Chasing Storms’ by Kwes.  Adding dark layers of sirens and chimes to the skittering beats and distorted vocals of the otherworldly original, it’s a bold revision and quite unlike anything else around.
