Together Announce Resident Dates For 2018
As the excitement builds towards the eighth seminal season in Ibiza for the world renowned Together at Amnesia, the supersized night continues to up the ante for 2018, revealing the residents who will join the proceedings across 16 unmissable dates including Andy C, Sub Focus, Sigma, Disciples, Wilkinson, Pendulum, My Nu Leng, with more still to come!
Of course already announced, representing a strong dance contingent, comes a spread of world class talent with Chase & Status – playing a special 15 dates to mark 15 pioneering years in the game – as well as international chart toppers Gorgon City, UK queen Hannah Wants, US house sensation MK and the legendary DJ, famous for the quickest fingers in the game: DJ EZ!
From this latest second wave announcement comes Sub Focus, a diverse artist, one of the biggest names in bass music who has come to epitomize the 'anything goes' mantra of today’s flourishing dance scene, so perfectly embodies the eclectic, festival worthy nature of each and every Together party. He plays six dates starting on June 12th and ending on September 11th. Also returning on June 12th comes Sigma, who will then play once in August and twice in September and will bring their chart topping drum & bass sound, huge drops and infectious vocal style to the main arena.
Pushing all boundaries and carving their own niche in the UK music scene, Bristol pair My Nu Leng switch between pitch shifted vocals and rumbling bass both in the studio and the booth, and have played every major club and festival as well as receiving heavy radio support on BBC Radio 1 and have released on vital labels like MTA and Black Butter. They play the mammoth opening party on June 5th and again on the 19th, as well as in July, August and September.
Joining My Nu Leng for Together’s opening celebrations in June will be one of the hottest names in dance music, Wilkinson, who also graces the closing party on September 18th, plus five dates in between and has just released the massive ‘Decompression’ single as well as teasing an all new collaboration with fellow Together resident Sub Focus. Next up…Pendulum, a firm Together favourite will return to the white isle for 2018 bringing more energy, explosive tunes and powerful basslines than any other and they play six times throughout the season on the year they release their brand new remix album Reworks.
We are delighted announce that Disciples will return to Amnesia with a 7-date residency as they left everyone in awe each and every time they layed down one of their huge sets on the Terrace last summer and will do so again with two dates in June, July and August, and one final appearance in September. Last but by no means least, comes RAM Records head honcho, multi-award winning drum & bass pioneer and arguably the greatest DJ on the planet Andy C stepping up to show why he is still one of the best in the game after all these years when he plays the opening party on June 5th, then twice in July and August, and a final showdown in September.
With the latest artist announcement hot off the press, the eighth chapter for Together is shaping up to the biggest and best yet by far. Alongside world-class figures pledging their allegiance to Together, off the scale festival style production promised, colourful crowds and immense atmospheres it’s clear to see why this is such a must visit Ibiza party on the island.
