We Belong Here announce Kaskade and Lane8 as the first names on their huge 2023 return to Miami

We Belong Here is an all new kind of boutique festival. Whether it’s the unique circular stage, the sophisticated crowd, refined production or breathtaking setting on Miami’s Virginia Key Beach Park, there is no other festival on the planet quite like it. In 2023, the magic returns from the 25th to the 26th of February 2023, with headliners including Kaskade and Lane 8. Tickets start at $159 for full weekend VIP Admission and are available here.
We Belong Here does things differently. It is an intimate and luxurious experience for those who like personal connections and appreciate the finer details in life. This idyllic gathering plays out on the scenic and historic beaches of Virginia Key Beach Park, which dates back to 1896 and the formation of the state of Miami itself. The barrier island park features expansive wetlands and sweeping views of the bay and the Atlantic which make for a unique backdrop for spine-tingling musical moments when the sun sets, all in the most inclusive spot in Miami.
Rather than a towering main stage, last year We Belong Here pioneered the first ever 360 Experience, a circular stage placed in the centre of the dance floor that gets you up close to the performing artists and offers a full circle of sound with every position offering the perfect vantage spot, lots of space and great views. It allows for the formation of friends and musical memories like no other, with an incredible line-up featuring both international and local talents.

Kaskade is the first name to be revealed and will play a special 3-hour Redux set. These sets have been a firm part of his sound for many years. They are when the influential artist plays everything from future to classic to deep house as the superstar producer digs into the underground roots of his style. He has showcased similar sounds on a series of Redux EPs and though he still knows how to craft chart-topping magic, he also excels when embracing this side of his musical character.
Lane 8 meanwhile will play a sure-to-be stunning 3-hour sunset set. That time of day perfectly suits his melodic house style which is steeped in bittersweet beauty. The American artist has been perfecting this signature sound for years, and now predominantly releases on his own This Never Happened label. His fourth album Reviver was another big hit back in January of this year, so expect to hear some from it at this extended set.
Unlike typical festivals, the VIP amenities at We Belong Here will be accessible to all attendees. This includes an unmatched food experience, lounge seating, trailer style restrooms and more.
Says We Belong Here Co-Founder Justin Dauman; “The intention is to create the kind of experience and community that we’d like to be a part of not just in this moment, but for the rest of our lives.”
Fellow We Belong Here Co-Founder Charles Hochfelder adds, “We Belong Here is more than an event, it’s a community where everyone can feel welcome, be treated like a VIP, and experience dance music in a setting unique from traditional clubs, concert venues, or festivals.”
The range of accommodation at this special festival is second to none with hotels, villas and even yacht charters (yes, you can arrive at the venue by boat!) all available via a partnership with Miami-based travel-tech company CrewFare.
The proudly independent team behind We Belong Here has, in the past and with various brands, promoted events in leading clubs around New York City, The Hamptons and Miami. They live by the motto “by the people for the people” and launched We Belong Here in Halloween 2021 with a takeover of the first-ever New York Stock Exchange (now Cipriani Wall Street) headlined by MEDUZA. The 2022 single-day festival was a massive success featuring the likes of Nora En Pure, Purple Disco Machine and Don Diablo.
This upcoming February, the concept is expanding to 2 days with the help of Common Ground Presents, the team responsible for the wildly popular NYC Meatpacking District bar and pop ups in Montauk and Tulum that have hosted everyone from Diplo to Vintage Culture.

What’s more, a portion of event proceeds is donated to fund scholarships to Scratch Academy for Miami residents experiencing economic hardship. Graduating the program ensures a fully-fledged career as a professional DJ at weddings, private events and nightclubs as well as a foundation from which greater artistic aspirations can be achieved.
The countdown is now on to this tasteful two day getaway on Miami’s most gorgeous beach.
