WODD & LIA’s “Easy To Love” Is A Certified Slapper

WODD‘s made another return to Kannibalen Records, but that’s not the only face that makes its way back to the Montreal imprint thanks to “Easy To Love.” The vocalist LIA – who some might recognize from her Apashe collaboration “Behind My Eyes” – gave an absolutely masterful performance with her sophomore song on BTSM’s label.

“Easy To Love” is a really fresh original that is as catchy as it is wacky. That sounds a bit strange, but coming from someone who’s name is a mix of weird and odd it makes a bit more sense. The song actually starts out sort of as a dreamy, R&B inspired verse that is highlighted by LIA’s sultry hook and even more stunning verse. After the hook returns WODD quickly, but ever so smoothly whisks you away on a bouncy bass adventure. It’s pure fun and it slaps, hard!
