As his original co-production with Bailey van Wormer continues to clock up the Spotify streams, H3nry Thr!ll drops two big new remixes of his latest single ‘Stay A While’ courtesy of Jace Mek and Tim Paul.
Jace Mek, whose profile has enjoyed a stratospheric rise thanks to releases on imprints like Aoki’s Dim Mak, Tchami’s Confession and Diplo’s Good Enuff, delivers a stripped back version that flexes the vocal line against a deep house bass rhythm and juxtaposing percussive elements, simple but effective synths giving the remix suspense and depth.
German Future Bounce producer Tim Paul does exactly what he says on the tin, infusing his edit with both 2-step garage-style rhythm and piano lines, and synth FX elements that are a clear nod to the rising Chiptune genre.
The overall result is a remix package that should satiate tastes across a wide Future House spectrum.
