Remus Rujinschi shares plucky single ‘Drim’
Remus Rujinschi first made waves in the 1980s, performing to crowds as part of a thriving underground scene, remixing popular songs and taking them to clubs and festivals. As the 20th century became the 21st, Remus began to work with major record labels, shifting his production style to suit a more commercial basis.
In recent times, he’s headed up work with fellow producers to give professional hardware mixing training, whilst crafting a slew of new solo music.
The latest of these releases arrives as ‘Drim’, the blood-pumping festival banger ready to light up the summer. The beautifully sunny production of rich risers, pounding piano chords shifting up and down in pitch and an incessant craving for high-energy percussive rhythms all feed into an energetic and infectious lead, female vocal.
Drenching the verses in pure atmosphere makes each blazing drop all the more powerful as the kick drums and plucky bass push from the bottom as glittery synth strings take over the higher frequencies. If there’s anything Remus has shown with his recent music, he knows how to balance pure-bred house with popular sensibilities, ‘Drim’ another anthem in his arsenal.
