Worlds Apart ft. Lesperado deliver big bass energy with single ‘Into The Night’
US trio Worlds Apart are back with their first release of 2023, the sumptuous Melodic Bass single ‘Into The Night‘, out now on and featuring Lesperado on vocals. A “dark fairy tale journey that enables the listener to reflect on the ‘dark’ aspects within themselves”, the track sees Lesperado’s dreamy topline weave between ethereal, basely-there composition, through broiling build-up of pace and energy, into the all-encompassing bass drop. A juxtaposition of styles that could seem jarring but to genre-philes is exactly the adrenaline shot they’re looking for, ‘Into The Night’ will further establish Worlds Apart as ones to keep an eye on.
The creative collective, who place equal emphasis on the visual aspects of their work as they do the musical, have previously signed to the likes of Blanco y Negro Music, The Soul, High Five Music, Glitch Records, and other prominent labels. Their music is, they say, an effort to expand a message of hope, love, and excitement, not least when it comes to the theme of ‘Into The Night’, as the band explains:
“I once had a dream that lasted for what felt like eternity. Within that dream I was confronted with my greatest fears, and I was forced to face each of them – one by one. But yet as I stood face to face with my fear and looked into its eyes, I realized there was nothing there. Each one, an illusion of an image of a dark idea that existed only within the mind, shattered when confronted with the light of the truth.”
