Francis Kasibante from the history rich city of Philadelphia, is proving himself a name to be remembered, with this new single “Disbelief” out November 20th on In The Loop. “Disbelief” features lush pads in the background, giving a very classic house feel, which is further enhanced by the cut-up vocals. A bouncy baseline compliments the hard snare hits and the general “jackin’” vibe of the track.
